Kane School Lecture Series

These 1x/month lectures are designed for students going through the Kane School Pilates certification and open to anyone wanting to dive deeper into anatomy! Focusing on our anatomical region or joint of the month, this virtual and/or in-person lecture series details the anatomical structures, function + pathologies of key joints + muscles.

Strength Training

Focus on strengthening key muscle groups for balance while building essential proprioception and coordination. Reformer, chair + weight-bearing mat exercises will be incorporated throughout the class to challenge the global muscles that are essential for defying gravity. Open to all. Please note: 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all equipment classes.
